1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

TAMKOZ provides digital design, development, and AI solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work between TAMKOZ and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

All pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project
TAMKOZ retains the right to use general techniques, tools, and methodologies developed during a project
TAMKOZ may showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely feedback and approvals as required
Supply accurate and complete information needed for the project
Ensure they have the rights to any content or materials provided to TAMKOZ
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAMKOZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. TAMKOZ reserves the right to retain work product until full payment is received.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

TAMKOZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
